Common use of Access Limit Clause in Contracts

Access Limit. Pedigree reserves the right, as required and without advance notice to Client, to control, restrict, and/or disable Clients’ hardware communication over the Communication Network to prevent any negative impact to other Clients and/or the Hosted Application.

Pedigree shall give Client notice of such actions promptly upon implementation of such measures and Pedigree shall limit the scope of intervention action to the smallest number of Client units reasonably necessary to prevent or mitigate any such negative impact.
