Common use of Access of the Government to Records Clause in Contracts

Access of the Government to Records. If applicable, the parties agree to make books and records available and to require any subcontractor to make books and records available, upon request of the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or the Comptroller General of the United States or their duly authorized representatives for up to four (4) years following the furnishing of goods or services under this Agreement pursuant to Section 1861(v) (1) (I) of the Social Security Act.
