Access over pathways. For such time as the Tenant may provide and maintain any pedestrian pathways on the Premises which abut an Estate Road, the right for the Landlord, any other permitted occupier or their employees or visitors to use on a 24-hour basis 365 days a year by foot such pedestrian pathways for purposes in connection with this Lease or the Estate, provided that the Tenant shall not be required to provide or maintain any such pedestrian pathways.
