Access Prior to Start Date. If we, in our sole discretion, provide you with access to your Office Space for any period of time prior to your Start Date (a “Soft Open Period”), during any such Soft Open Period you and your Members shall be fully subject to the terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether we choose to charge you the Membership Fee during any such Soft Open Period.
