Access Privileges and Inspections. Lender and the agents, representatives and employees of Lender shall, subject to the rights of Tenants, have full and free access to the Premises and the Improvements and any other location where books and records concerning the Property are kept at all reasonable times and, except in the event of an emergency, upon not less than 24 hours prior notice (which notice may be telephonic) for the purposes of inspecting the Property and of examining, copying and making extracts from the books and records of Borrower relating to the Property. Borrower shall lend assistance to all such agents, representatives and employees of Lender.
