Common use of Access Privileges and Inspections Clause in Contracts

Access Privileges and Inspections. Mortgagee and the agents, representatives and employees of Mortgagee shall, subject to the rights of Tenants, have full and free access to the Premises and the Improvements and any other location where books and records concerning the Mortgaged Property are kept at all reasonable times and, except in the event of an emergency, upon not less than three (3) days prior notice (which notice may be telephonic) for the purposes of inspecting the Mortgaged Property and of examining, copying and making extracts from the books and records of Mortgagor relating to the Mortgaged Property. Mortgagor shall lend assistance to all such agents, representatives and employees of Mortgagee.
