Common use of Access Privileges and Inspections Clause in Contracts

Access Privileges and Inspections. Grantee and the agents, representatives and employees of Grantee shall, subject to the rights of tenants, have full and free access to the Real Estate and the Improvements and any other location where books and records concerning the Property are kept at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspecting the Property and of examining, copying and making extracts from the books and records of Grantor relating to the Property. Grantor shall lend assistance to all such agents, representatives and employees of Grantee.
