Common use of Access Privileges and Inspections Clause in Contracts

Access Privileges and Inspections. Mortgagee and the agents, representatives and employees of Mortgagee shall, subject to the rights of tenants, have full and free access to the Real Estate and the Improvements and any other location where books and records concerning the Property are kept at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspecting the Property and of examining, copying and making extracts from the books and records of Mortgagor relating to the Property. Mortgagor shall lend assistance to all such agents, representatives and employees of Mortgagee.
