Access Requests. (a) Each party agrees to reasonably cooperate with the other in connection with requests to access or amend Personal Data.
(b) Each party agrees to reimburse the other for any reasonable charges incurred in providing each other assistance.
(c) Each party agrees to amend Personal Data only upon receiving instructions to do so from the other party or its personnel.
Access Requests. Any request by CLEC for access to CBT's Structure shall be in writing and submitted to CBT's Structure Leasing Coordinator. CBT may not unreasonably limit the number and scope of requests from CLEC being processed at any one time and may prescribe a reasonable non-discriminatory process for orderly administration of such requests. CLEC's Attachment to CBT's Structure shall be pursuant to a permit issued by CBT for each request for access.
Access Requests. Any request by Requesting Carrier for access to Ameritech’s Structure shall be in writing and submitted to Ameritech’s Structure Access Center. Ameritech may prescribe a reasonable process for orderly administration of such requests. Each Requesting Carrier’s Attachment to Ameritech’s Structure shall be pursuant to a permit issued by Ameritech for each request for access. The Structure Access Coordinator shall be responsible for processing requests for access to Ameritech’s Structure, administration of the process of delivery of access to Ameritech’s Structure and for all other matters relating to access to Ameritech’s Structure. Requesting Carrier shall provide Ameritech with notice before entering any Ameritech Structure.
Access Requests. Licensor has implemented and will maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures needed to enable Buyer to respond to requests from data subjects to access, correct, transmit, limit processing of, or delete any relevant Personal Data held by Licensor.

CLEC’s Attachment to SBC-AMERITECH’s Structure shall be pursuant to a permit issued by SBC-AMERITECH for each request for access. The Structure Access Coordinator shall be responsible for processing requests for access to SBC-AMERITECH’s Structure, administration of the process of delivery of access to SBC-AMERITECH’s Structure and for all other matters relating to access to SBC- AMERITECH’s Structure. CLEC shall provide SBC-AMERITECH with notice before entering any SBC-AMERITECH Structure, pursuant to the provisions of the Appendix to Article XVI.

25.10.4. Each party will promptly return to the other or destroy all Personal Data that is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it was made available, unless otherwise instructed by the other or its personnel or required by law.
