Access Requests. Any request by Requesting Carrier for access to Ameritech's Structure shall be in writing and submitted to Ameritech's Structure Leasing Coordinator. Ameritech may prescribe a reasonable process for orderly administration of such requests. Requesting Carrier's Attachment to Ameritech's Structure shall be pursuant to a permit issued by Ameritech for each request for access.
