Access to Accountants. Each Borrower hereby authorizes the Agents to discuss the financial condition of such Borrower and its Subsidiaries with such Borrower's independent public accountants upon reasonable notification to such Borrower of such Agent's intention to do so. Each Borrower shall be given the reasonable opportunity to participate in any such discussion. Each Borrower shall deliver to its independent public accountants a letter authorizing and instructing them to comply with the provisions of this Section 6.2.
