Common use of Access to Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Access to Administrative Agent. Borrower has provided Administrative Agent with access to all material records and files in the possession, custody or control of, or otherwise reasonably available to Borrower concerning compliance with or liability under Environmental Law, including those concerning any Hazardous Materials Activity at the Mining Facilities.
