Common use of Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc Clause in Contracts

Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, BMTS will grant CET and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with BMTS's business relationships for purposes of enabling CET to fully investigate the business of BMTS.

Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, BMTS CET will grant CET BMTS and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its and the Subsidiaries' books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with BMTS's business relationships for purposes of enabling CET BMTS to fully investigate the business of BMTSCET and the Subsidiaries. CET will also deliver copies of the monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to the latest financial statements to BMTS within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
