Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, SKYLYNX will grant DCI and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its and the Subsidiaries' books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours for purposes of enabling DCI to fully investigate the business of SKYLYNX and the Subsidiaries. SKYLYNX will also deliver copies of the monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to the latest financial statements to DCI within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
