The Participant shall provide, to the Trustee, the Authority and the outside auditors of the Authority, the Servicer, and their examiners and supervisory agents, access to the documentation regarding the Loans requested by them, such access being afforded without charge, upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the offices of the Participant.
