Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Mortgage Loans. The Master Servicer shall provide to the Certificateholders and Noteholders access to the Mortgage Files in such cases where the Certificateholders or Noteholders shall be required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation as demonstrated by evidence satisfactory to the Master Servicer in its reasonable judgment. Access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Master Servicer. Nothing in this Section 3.13 shall affect the obligation of the Master Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Mortgagors and the failure of the Master Servicer to provide access to information as provided in this Section 3.13 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 3.13.
