Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Home Equity Loans. Whenever required by statute or regulation, the Servicer shall provide to the Credit Enhancer, any Securityholder upon reasonable request (or a regulator for a Securityholder) or the Indenture Trustee, reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Home Equity Loans such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section 3.12 shall derogate from the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Mortgagors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 3.12 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 3.12.
