Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Home Equity Loans. The Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee, the Note Insurer, the Office of Thrift Supervision (the "OTS"), the FDIC and the supervisory agents and examiners of each of the FDIC and the OTS (which, in the case of supervisory agents and examiners, may be required by applicable state and federal regulations) access to the documentation regarding the Home Equity Loans, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer designated by it.
