(a) The Master Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee, the Credit Enhancer, any Noteholders or Note Owners that are federally insured savings and loan associations, the Office of Thrift Supervision, successor to the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, the FDIC, and the supervisory agents and examiners of the Office of Thrift Supervision access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision and the FDIC (acting as operator of the Savings Association Insurance Fund or the Bank Insurance Fund). The Master Servicer will provide access without charge but only after reasonable notice and during normal business hours at the offices of the Master Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Master Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the mortgagors and the failure of the Master Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of this obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section. The Master Servicer will provide all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge charge, but only after reasonable upon five Business Days’ prior written notice and during normal business hours at the offices office designated by the Servicer. Upon five Business Days’ prior written notice, the Servicer shall provide to each Certificateholder that is a savings and loan association, bank or insurance company and the NIMS Insurer, if any, certain reports and reasonable access to information and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans sufficient to permit such Certificateholder to comply with applicable regulations of the Master ServicerOTS or other regulatory authorities with respect to investment in the Certificates; provided that the Servicer shall be entitled to be reimbursed by each such Certificateholder for actual expenses incurred by the Servicer in providing such reports and access. Nothing in this Section shall derogate from limit the obligation of the Master Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the mortgagors Mortgagors and the failure of the Master Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of this such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.
(b) The Master . (b) The Master Servicer shall supply the Servicing Certificate required by Section 4.17 and such other information needed to make required payments and to furnish required reports to Noteholders and to make any claim under the Policy, in the such form as the Indenture Trustee shall reasonably requests, request to the Indenture Trustee and any the Note Paying Agent by Agent, on or before the start of the Determination Date preceding the related Payment Date, as is required in the Indenture Trustee's reasonable judgment to enable the Note Paying Agent or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, to make required distributions and to furnish the required reports to the Noteholders and the Class C Certificateholders.
(c) The Servicer shall provide to the Class C Certificateholders access to all documentation relating to the Mortgage Loans within the Servicer's possession upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer.

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans. Nothing in this Section 3.7 shall require the Servicer to collect, create, collate or otherwise generate any information that it does not generate in its usual course of business, except to the extent otherwise provided in this Agreement. (b) The Master Servicer shall supply information to the information needed Indenture Trustee, upon reasonable advance notice, in such form as the Indenture Trustee shall reasonably request, as is required in the Indenture Trustee's reasonable judgment to enable the Indenture Trustee to make required payments and to furnish required the certificates, statements and reports to Noteholders and to make any claim under the Policy, in the form Bondholders as required of the Indenture Trustee reasonably requests, pursuant to the Indenture Trustee Indenture, it being understood that the Servicer is responsible for supplying information concerning the Mortgage Loans and not for any Paying Agent by other information, including, without limitation, calculation of payments due on the start of the Determination Date preceding the related Payment DateBonds.
