Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans. The Master Servicer shall provide, and shall cause any Subservicer to provide, to the Indenture Trustee, the Bond Insurer and the Owner Trustee access to the documentation regarding the related Mortgage Loans and REO Property and to the Bondholders, the FDIC, and the supervisory agents and examiners of the FDIC access to the documentation regarding the related Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Master Servicer or the Subservicers that are designated by these entities; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that, unless otherwise required by law, the Master Servicer or the Subservicer shall not be required to provide access to such documentation if the provision thereof would violate the legal right to privacy of any Mortgagor; PROVIDED, FURTHER, HOWEVER, that the Indenture Trustee, the Bond Insurer and the Owner Trustee shall coordinate their requests for such access so as not to impose an unreasonable burden on, or cause an unreasonable interruption of, the business of the Master Servicer or any Subservicer. The Master Servicer and the Subservicers shall allow representatives of the above entities to photocopy any of the documentation and shall provide equipment for that purpose at a charge that covers their own actual out-of-pocket costs.
