Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Receivables and Interchange. The Master Servicer and each Servicer shall provide to the Trustee access to its documentation regarding the Accounts, the Receivables (and receivables in Charged-Off Accounts) and Interchange in such cases where the Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Investor Certificateholders, or by applicable statutes or regulations, to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (i) upon reasonable request, (ii) during normal business hours, (iii) subject to the Master Servicer’s or the Servicer’s normal security and confidentiality procedures and (iv) at offices designated by the Master Servicer or the Servicer, as applicable. Nothing in this Section 8.05 shall derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Trustee, the Master Servicer and each Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors. The failure of the Master Servicer or the Servicer, as applicable, to provide access as provided in this Section 8.05 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 8.05.
