The Servicer and the other Servicing Parties will hold in trust for the Trustee at their respective offices such computer programs, books of account and other records as are reasonably necessary to enable the Trustee to determine at any time the status of the Receivables and all collections and payments in respect thereof (including, without limitation, an ability to recreate records evidencing Receivables in the event of the destruction of the originals thereof).
