Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, access to the documentation regarding the Accounts and the Receivables in such cases where the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of Noteholders or by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (a) upon reasonable request, (b) during normal business hours, (c) subject to the Servicer's normal security and confidentiality procedures and (d) at reasonably accessible offices in the continental United States designated by the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Nothing in this Section 8.06 shall derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 8.06 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 8.06.

The In addition to the access rights provided under Section 3.07(b), the Servicer shall provide to the Owner Trustee or Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, Trustee access to the documentation regarding the Lockbox Accounts and the Pool Receivables in such cases where if the Owner Trustee Issuer or the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of Noteholders holders of the Notes or by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (a) upon reasonable requestrequest (but in no event less than five Business Days), (b) during normal business hours, (c) subject to the Servicer's ’s normal security and confidentiality procedures and (d) at reasonably accessible offices in the continental United States designated by the Servicer. Nothing in this Section 7.06 shall derogate from the obligation of Cartus, CFC, the Transferor, the Owner TrusteeIssuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors Transferred Employees, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 7.06 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 7.06.

Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee Trustee, the Note Administrator, the O/C Holder and the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

The Servicer shall provide to the Owner Trustee Trust or the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, access to the documentation regarding the Accounts and the Receivables in such cases where the Owner Trustee Trust or the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of Noteholders or by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (a) upon reasonable request, (b) during normal business hours, (c) subject to the Servicer's normal security and confidentiality procedures and (d) at reasonably accessible offices in the continental United States designated by the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Owner Trustee, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer to observe any applicable law Requirements of Law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Owner TrusteeTrust, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide 41 access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Nothing in this Section 8.06 shall derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 8.06 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 8.06.

Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Credit Card Originator, the Transferor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

The Subject to the terms of any Indenture Supplement, the Servicer shall provide to the Owner Indenture Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, access to the documentation regarding the Accounts and the Receivables in such cases where the Owner Indenture Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of Noteholders the Noteholders, or by applicable statutes or regulations regulations, to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (ai) upon reasonable request, (bii) during the Servicer’s normal business hours, (ciii) subject to the Servicer's ’s normal security and confidentiality procedures and (div) at reasonably accessible offices in the continental United States designated by the Servicer. Nothing in this Section 5.6 shall derogate from the obligation of the TransferorOriginator, the Owner TrusteeTransferor, the Indenture Trustee and or the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 5.6 as a result of such obligation obligations shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 5.6.
