Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to the Trustee access to the documentation regarding the Accounts and the Receivables in such cases where the Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Investor Certificateholders (including, without limitation, in connection with becoming the Successor Servicer hereunder), or by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (i) upon reasonable request, (ii) during normal business hours, (iii) subject to the Servicer’s normal security and confidentiality procedures and (iv) at offices designated by the Servicer. Nothing in this Section 8.06 shall derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Credit Card Originator, the Trustee or the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 8.06 as a result of such obligations shall not constitute a breach of this Section 8.06.

The Servicer shall provide to the Trustee and the Collateral Agent and their respective representatives access to the documentation documents, books, microfiche, computer records and other information regarding the Accounts Receivables and the Receivables other Trust Assets in such cases where the Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Investor Certificateholders (including, without limitation, in connection with becoming the Successor Servicer hereunder)Certificateholders, or by applicable statutes or regulations regulations, to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (i) upon reasonable request, (ii) during normal business hours, hours and (iii) subject to the Servicer’s 's normal security and confidentiality procedures and (iv) at offices designated by the Servicerprocedures. The Master Servicer and each Servicer shall provide to the Trustee access to the its documentation regarding the Accounts and the Receivables in such cases where the Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Investor Certificateholders (including, without limitation, in connection with becoming the Successor Servicer hereunder)Certificateholders, or by applicable statutes or regulations regulations, to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (i) upon reasonable request, (ii) during normal business hours, (iii) subject to the Master Servicer’s 's or the Servicer's normal security and confidentiality procedures and (iv) at offices designated by the Master Servicer or the Servicer, as applicable. Nothing in this Section 8.06 8.05 shall derogate from the obligation of the TransferorSellers, the Credit Card OriginatorTrustee, the Trustee or the Master Servicer and each Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the Obligors. The failure of the Master Servicer or the Servicer, as applicable, to provide access as provided in this Section 8.06 8.05 as a result of such obligations obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 8.068.05.
