Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to the Transferor or the Administrative Agent, as applicable, access to the documentation regarding the Receivables in such cases where the Transferor or the Administrative Agent, as applicable, is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of Owners or by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (a) upon reasonable request, (b) during normal business hours, (c) subject to the Servicer’s normal security and confidentiality procedures, (d) at reasonably accessible offices in the continental United States designated by the Servicer, and (e) once per calendar year. Nothing in this Section 6.20 shall derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Administrative Agent and the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 6.20 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 6.20.
