Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Receivables. Servicer shall provide Trustee access to the documentation regarding the Accounts and the Receivables when Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Investor Holders, or by applicable law, to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request, during normal business hours, subject to Servicer's normal security and confidentiality procedures and at offices designated by Servicer. Nothing in this Section 8.6 shall derogate from the obligation of Transferor, Trustee or Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 8.6 as a result of such obligations shall not constitute a breach of this Section 8.6.
