Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Receivables. Servicer shall provide to Indenture Trustee access to the documentation regarding the Accounts and the Receivables in such cases where Indenture Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Noteholders, or by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (a) upon reasonable request, (b) during normal business hours, (c) subject to Servicer's normal security and confidentiality procedures and (d) at offices designated by Servicer. Nothing in this Section 5.06 shall derogate from the obligation of FNBO, Transferor, Indenture Trustee and Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 5.06 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 5.06.

Nothing in this Section 5.06 4.06 shall derogate from the obligation of FNBO, Transferor, Indenture Trustee the Issuer and Servicer its designees to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 5.06 4.06 as a result of such obligation obligations shall not constitute a breach of this Section 5.064.06.
