(a) The Trustee, the Certificate Administrator and the Custodian shall afford to any Privileged Person (including the Operating Advisor and the related Directing Holder) access to any documentation (other than any Privileged Information) regarding the Mortgage Loans or the other assets of the Trust Fund that are in its possession or within its control.
