Common use of Access to Company Auditors Clause in Contracts

Access to Company Auditors. The Company will authorize Company Auditors to make available to Pfizer Auditors both the personnel who performed, or are performing, the annual audit and quarterly reviews of the Company and work papers related to the annual audit and quarterly reviews of the Company, in all cases within a reasonable time prior to Company Auditors’ opinion date, so that Pfizer Auditors are able to perform the procedures they consider necessary to take responsibility for the work of Company Auditors as it relates to Pfizer Auditors’ report on Pfizer’s statements, all within sufficient time to enable Pfizer to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the Pfizer Annual Statements.
