Common use of Access to Company Employees Clause in Contracts

Access to Company Employees. The Company agrees to provide, and to cause each Subsidiary to provide, Parent with reasonable access to its employees under procedures to be agreed upon by Parent and the Company during normal working hours following the date of this Agreement, to among other things, deliver offers of continued employment and to provide information to such employees about Parent. All communications by Parent with Company employees shall be conducted in a manner that does not disrupt or interfere with the Company's efficient and orderly operation of its business.
