So long as Warrants remain ---------------------------- outstanding, each Investor shall be entitled to review the financial and corporate books and records of the Company and to meet with the executive officers and independent accountants of the Company for purposes reasonably related to the Investor's ownership of the Warrants, which review and/or meetings shall take place at reasonable times during the normal business hours of the Company and in such a manner as to not unduly interfere with the conduct of the Company's business.
