Access to Computer Software. The Service Provider, in its sole discretion, may limit access to and the right to use software in connection with the Services solely to those employees of the Service Recipient who need such access and right to use in connection with the provision of the Services. Citrix, in its capacity as the Service Provider, shall also grant access to and the right to use software in connection with the Services to employees of LogMeIn who need such access, provided that SpinCo shall be responsible for any breaches of this ARTICLE 5 by any employee of LogMeIn.
