The Contractor’s employees, agents and subcontractors may have access to confidential data maintained by the State to the extent necessary to carry out the Contractor's responsibilities under the Contract. All information received pursuant to the Contract is confidential and shall remain the property of the Department unless otherwise designated by the Department. i.
