Access to Confidential Data. The Supplier’s employees, agents and sub-Suppliers may have access to confidential data or personally identifiable information maintained by the Department to the extent necessary to carry out the Supplier's responsibilities under the Contract. The Supplier shall presume that all information received pursuant to the Contract is confidential unless otherwise designated by the Department. If it is reasonably likely the Supplier will have access to the Department’s confidential information, then:
