Access to Customer Data On Termination. (a) [See section 24.5 of the Agreement – Copies of Data/Exit Strategy] (b) If Customer’s access to or subscription for the Hosted Services is terminated for any reason, cQuant shall provide Customer with an electronic copy of its Customer Data within 30 days after such termination. Upon confirmation of receipt of the Customer Data by Customer, cQuant shall permanently delete all Customer Data, regardless of the circumstances of termination.
