Common use of Access to Customers and Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Access to Customers and Suppliers. From and after the date hereof, Company shall, upon Buyer’s reasonable request, introduce Buyer and its representatives to customers and suppliers of Company and its Subsidiaries for the purpose of facilitating the integration of Company and its business into that of the Buyer. Any interaction between Buyer and Company’s customers and suppliers shall be coordinated by Company. Company shall have the right to participate in any discussions between Buyer and Company’s customers and suppliers.

Any interaction between Buyer and Company’s and any of its Subsidiaries’ customers and suppliers shall be coordinated by Company.
