Access to District Records. The Board will annually provide the Association, upon request, with regularly prepared public information. This will include, but not be limited to, the current annual financial report, the annual audit, the tentative budget, the adopted budget, staffing scattergram and pupil enrollment figures by grade and by school. Nothing in this paragraph requires the Board to prepare any information not regularly prepared and made available to the public. The Association will reimburse the Board at the rate of 15 cents per page for reproduction of any document other than those specifically referenced in this paragraph.
