ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS; PROVISION OF CERTAIN INFORMATION. The Primary Servicer shall make available to the Master Servicer or any Successor Primary Servicer, at a reasonable time, such information as the Master Servicer or such Successor Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing and shall make available to the Master Servicer or any Successor Primary Servicer or Persons designated by the Master Servicer or such Successor Primary Servicer such documents as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request in writing. The Master Servicer shall make available to the Primary Servicer, at a reasonable time, such information as the Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing in connection with the performance of the Services and, subject to the terms and conditions of Section 8.15 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, shall make available to the Primary Servicer or Persons designated by the Primary Servicer such documents related to the Mortgage Loan and the A/B Mortgage Loans and the Servicing of the Mortgage Loans and the A/B Mortgage Loans as the Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing.

The Master Servicer shall make available to the Primary Servicer, at a reasonable time, such information as the Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing in connection with the performance of the Services and, subject to the terms and conditions of Section 8.15 3.15 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, shall make available to the Primary Servicer or Persons designated by the Primary Servicer such documents related to the Mortgage Loan and the A/B Mortgage Loans and the Servicing of the Mortgage Loans and the A/B Mortgage Loans as the Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing.

To the extent the Primary Servicer possesses the information described in Section 8.15(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Primary Servicer shall afford access to that information to those Persons identified in such Section that are entitled to such access from the Master Servicer. The Master Servicer shall make available to the Primary Servicer, at a reasonable time, such information as the Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing in connection with the performance of the Services and, subject to the terms and conditions of Section 8.15 8.15(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, shall make available to the Primary Servicer or Persons designated by the Primary Servicer such documents related to the Mortgage Loan and the A/B Mortgage Loans and the Servicing of the Mortgage Loans and the A/B Mortgage Loans as the Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing.

The Capmark Master Servicer shall make available to the Primary Servicer, at a reasonable time, such information as the Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing in connection with the performance of the Services and, subject to the terms and conditions of Section 8.15 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, shall make available to the Primary Servicer or Persons designated by the Primary Servicer such documents related to the Mortgage Loan and the A/B Mortgage Loans and the Servicing of the Mortgage Loans and the A/B Mortgage Loans as the Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing.
