Common use of Access to Individual Properties Clause in Contracts

Access to Individual Properties. Borrower shall permit (or cause the requisite permission to be obtained to permit) agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Individual Properties or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice and subject to the rights of tenants under the Qualified Leases.
