Access to Individually Sample Clauses

Access to Individually. Identifiable Health Information entered in the Raintree Software Products and maintained on the Network Server will be password protected. Access to specific subsets of data will be based on the user identity and the job being performed by the user. (CSD will provide such information to Contractor for any CSD employee or agent.) Users will be required to enter user names and a personal identification number (PIN) to authenticate their identity.
