Common use of Access to Information Act Clause in Contracts

Access to Information Act. 33.1. The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Privébiz and or its Cessionaries, as the Credit Grantor/s may; 33.1.1. Perform a credit search on the Customer’s record with one or more of the registered credit bureaus and obtain a bank report when assessing the Customer’s application for credit; 33.1.2. Monitor the Customer’s payment behaviour by researching the Customer’s record at one or more of the credit bureaus; 33.1.3. Use new information and data obtained from credit bureaus in respect of the Customer’s future credit applications; 33.1.4. Record the existence of the Customer’s account with any credit bureau; 33.1.5. Record and transmit details of how the Customer has performed and how their account is conducted by the Customer in meeting its obligations on the account; 33.1.6. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any information regarding its credit worthiness, defaults in payment to the Supplier, and details of how its account with the Supplier is conducted, may be disclosed to any other creditor or potential creditor of the Customer or to one or more credit bureau/s.

Access to Information Act. 33.118.1. The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Privébiz Centracom and or its Cessionaries, as the Credit Grantor/s may;s,: 33.1.118.1.1. Perform a credit search on the Customer’s record with one or more of the registered credit bureaus and obtain a bank report when assessing the Customer’s application for credit; 33.1.218.1.2. Monitor the Customer’s payment behaviour by researching the Customer’s record at one or more of the credit bureaus; 33.1.318.1.3. Use new information and data obtained from credit bureaus in respect of the Customer’s future credit applications; 33.1.418.1.4. Record the existence of the Customer’s account with any credit bureau; 33.1.518.1.5. Record and transmit details of how the Customer has performed and how their account is conducted by the Customer in meeting its obligations on the account; 33.1.618.1.6. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any information regarding its credit worthiness, defaults in payment to the Supplier, and details of how its account with the Supplier is conducted, may be disclosed to any other creditor or potential creditor of the Customer or to one or more credit bureau/s.s
