Access to Information Regarding Trust and Basic Documents. The Master Servicer shall furnish to the Owner Trustee from time to time such information regarding the Trust or the Basic Documents as the Owner Trustee shall reasonably request. Upon request, the Indenture Trustee shall furnish to the Owner Trustee annually a copy of the Note Register; provided, however, the Indenture Trustee shall not be obligated to furnish a copy of the Note Register more than once each calendar year. The Master Servicer shall furnish to the Owner Trustee copies of all documents and reports required to be provided by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Article IV.
