Common use of Access to Information; Reliance Clause in Contracts

Access to Information; Reliance. The Investor has been provided an opportunity to ask questions of, and has received answers thereto satisfactory to it from, the Company and its representatives concerning the Company and the Investor’s investment therein, and the Investor has been provided with such information as it has requested from the Company concerning the same. The Investor has sought independent legal, investment and tax advice to the extent that it has deemed necessary or appropriate in connection with its decision to invest in the Company.

The Investor has been provided an opportunity to ask questions of, and has received answers thereto satisfactory to it from, the Company and its representatives concerning the Company and the Investor’s 's investment therein, and the Investor has been provided with such information as it has requested from the Company concerning the same. The Investor has sought independent legal, investment and tax advice to the extent that it has deemed necessary or appropriate in connection with its decision to invest in the Company.
