Access to LEA Data Sample Clauses

Access to LEA Data. ▇▇▇ shall have the right to access and retrieve any or all LEA Data stored by or in possession of Concord University upon written notice to Concord University Designated Representative. If another timeline for response is provided herein, then that, more specific, deadline shall control. Otherwise, Concord University shall make the LEA Data available to the LEA within seven (7) calendar days from the date of request.
