Access to List of Certificateholders’ Name and Address. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, agrees with the Servicer, the Trust Depositor and the Owner Trustee that none of the Servicer, the Trust Depositor or the Owner Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the name and address of such Certificateholder hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
