Common use of Access to List of Certificateholders’ Name and Address Clause in Contracts

Access to List of Certificateholders’ Name and Address. The Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Trust Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Trust Depositor, the name and address of the Certificateholder as of the most recent Record Date in such form as the Servicer or the Trust Depositor may reasonably require. The Certificateholder, by receiving and holding the Trust Certificate, agrees with the Servicer, the Trust Depositor and the Owner Trustee that none of the Servicer, the Trust Depositor or the Owner Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the name and address of the Certificateholder hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
