If three (3) or more Certificateholders (a) request such information in writing from the TrusteeSecurities Administrator, (b) state that such Certificateholders desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates, and (c) provide a copy of the communication which such Certificateholders propose to transmit, or if the Depositor or Master a Servicer shall request such information in writing from the TrusteeSecurities Administrator, then the Trustee Securities Administrator shall, within ten (10) Business Days after the receipt of such request, provide the Depositor, the Master such Servicer or such Certificateholders at such recipients' expense the most recent list of the Certificateholders of such Trust Fund held by the TrusteeSecurities Administrator, if any. The Depositor and every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, agree that the Trustee Securities Administrator shall not be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the list of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
