Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, in such form as the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, as the case may be, may reasonably require, the name and address of each Certificateholder as of the most recent Record Date.
