Common use of Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses Clause in Contracts

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor in writing, a list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Servicer, the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
