Access to List of Securityholders' Names and Addresses. The Administrative Trustees shall furnish or cause to be furnished (x) to the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by any Administrative Trustee of a request therefor from the Depositor in writing and (y) to the Property Trustee, promptly after receipt by any Administrative Trustee of a request therefor from the Property Trustee in writing in order to enable the Property Trustee to discharge its obligations under this Trust Agreement, a list, in such form as the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Securityholders as of the most recent Record Date. If Holders of Trust Securities Certificates evidencing ownership at such time and for the previous six months not less than 25% of the outstanding aggregate Liquidation Amount apply in writing to any Administrative Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Securityholders with respect to their rights under this Trust Agreement or under the Trust Securities Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Administrative Trustees shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Securityholders. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Trust Securities Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold either the Depositor or the Administrative Trustees accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
