Access to Names and Addresses of Owners of Certificates. (a) If any Owner (for purposes of this Section 6.13, an "Applicant") applies in writing to the Trustee, and such application states that the Applicant desires to communicate with other Owners with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and is accompanied by a copy of the communication which such Applicant proposes to transmit, then the Trustee shall, at the expense of such Applicant, within ten (10) Business Days after the receipt of such application, furnish or cause to be furnished to such Applicant a list of the names and addresses of the Owners of record as of the most recent Payment Date.
